All our technologies are automated and driven by a digital system, therefore can make unique and personalized labels. After the client fills (in a data base provided by us) with all his requirments, all custom labels are automatically executed We use multiple technologies for each material based on customer requirements .Please find below some technologies and materials used: Laser engraving plastics, Carburizing LASER (surface hardening) stainless steels Photoengraving of plastics, metals Corrosion of metals Laser cutting, plastic rubber Metal mechanical CUT (cutting drilling rounded corners) The manufacturing of labels is assured through CNC machines, therefore we can engrave unique inscriptions on each lable, like serial numbers.
On top of this, dimensional accuracy is placed at 0.01 mm, restoring exactly the client’s specifications. |
