Stainless steel is highly resistant to acids and, solvents and wear, being also characterized by an upper level hardness Engraving is done through local heating with laser beam (annealing), making this kind of label extremely resistant to high temperatures without damaging the print . We use thicknesses of: 0.3 mm 0.5 mm 1 mm and so on Materials are AISI 304, AISI 316 and so on Resolution stands at a maximum 1000 dpi, while point can reach 0.02 mm (photographic resolution). The manufacturing of labels is assured through CNC machines, therefore we can engrave unique inscriptions on each lable, like serial numbers.
On top of this, dimensional accuracy is placed at 0.01 mm, restoring exactly the client’s specifications. |
