ABS metallic, plastic double layer acrylic Laser engraving technology, fotogravare, cutting lasaer Plastics 1. The first category of materials that we use is plastic double layered. Their thicknesses can vary (1, 1.6, 2 ......), having a base layer and a thin layer over which will be removed by engraving. Thus the base color will also be the text color, while the background color will be the same as the thin layer. We provide a range of colours, please refer to the images in the right. 2. Another important category of materials that we are usinge are is materials transparent polycarbonate, acrylic (Plexiglas) materials... Please refer to the image in the right (blue and yellow label) The manufacturing of labels is assured through CNC machines, therefore we can engrave unique inscriptions on each lable, like serial numbers.
On top of this, dimensional accuracy is placed at 0.01 mm, restoring exactly the client’s specifications. . |
