ANODIZED ALUMINIUM LABELS OR TAGS |

CUSTOM METALLIC LABELS ,FULL COLLOR LABELS on anodized aluminum are executed on an aluminum sheet covered by a transparent ceramic layer highly resistant to chemicals and wear . We provide two ways in achieving this type of labels: 1.First we color the anodized aluminum and then we engrave it. By doing so, aluminum has a background color that is removedthrough engraving. By choosing this method, the label will only have two colors, the background one (which can be chosen) and natural aluminum(not anodized). 2. First we print on aluminum and then we anodize it. By choosing this method, the labels can contain a wide range of colours and the surface will be entirely anodized. We provide both technologies but for a better quality over time we recommend the second one. The manufacturing of labels is assured through CNC machines, therefore we can engrave unique inscriptions on each lable, like serial numbers.
On top of this, dimensional accuracy is placed at 0.01 mm, restoring exactly the client’s specifications. |
